Since
1998, SandCastles Learning Center
has run a nationally accredited program providing
quality programs for children and families. Owned
and operated by Community Partnerships of Idaho, Inc.,
SandCastles offers a safe and nurturing environment
for children partnering with parents to provide
the best care. SandCastles is also an inclusive program
which supports children receiving developmental therapy
in their classroom. The building was remodeled
in 2002 and now includes four classrooms.
Philosophy
We believe in the memories of childhood. Our programs
are designed for children to explore their environment. A
hands-on approach to learning is key to how children
experience and grow. We also believe that families are an
integral part of our program. Partnering with families helps
strengthen the bond we have between our Sandcastles staff
and you.

Mission
The mission of SandCastles/Community Partnerships of
Idaho (CPI) is to create opportunities for children to learn
and achieve their goals. We do this by providing quality
programs for children and families, providing a safe and
nurturing environment for children and partnering with our
parents to provide the best care. Our mission is driven by
adhering to a set of core values: Integrity, Innovation,
Relationships and Personal Dignity.
